Stage Information

The Doherty Hall Stage consists of various platforms that can be configured into different setups to accommodate any event.

The surface of the main hall is laminated flooring set on a concrete pad.


Lighting Information

Doherty Hall features The ETC ColorSource Raceway. This raceway is purpose-built to allow guests to add or move light fixtures easily. 15 Amp Power and 5 pin DMX is built into the raceway. Arrangements may be made to alter or remove the standard setup prior to the client’s arrival, at the clients expense. The client is responsible for restoring the house hang, and all associated costs, before the end of the rental period.

House Hang:

The house control console is a Color Source AV Console. The console is located in the FOH Console. Operation of house lights is done by a programmed light switch by the principal entrance, and by the service hallway. Lighting can be controlled from 2 positions in the hall. The main position is at the south-east corner of the hall, the secondary position is the south-west corner of the wall.

Audio & Instrumental

The ideal location of the audio booth is at the rear of the main hall, however the booth can be located to multiple locations within the main hall. The audio booth can be moved out of the hall and connected to various rooms within the building. Audio equipment uses Dante for various devices to communicate. Client is responsible for completing a Dante orientation course prior to the event rental. Training is free at: https://www.audinate.com/resources/training-and-tutorials

For non-audio rentals, a basic music playback and microphone system is available with no sound board or training required.

Projection System

Doherty Hall features a built-in, simple to use projection system. Simply plug in your device and go!

PROJECTION SCREEN

The screen controls are located in a panel behind the stage. The screen can be fully raised and hidden, or lower at the push of a button.

PROJECTOR INFORMATION

The projector itself is a NEC PA853W Projector and is located on the ETC Raceway approximately 15' from the screen.

AV INPUT LOCATIONS

The input for your device can be placed at the back or front of the hall.
