November at Campus
Hello Stampede Campus!
Here is your monthly update:
Confirm November & December
As usual for Resident Organizations who are on a weekly schedule, please log into the Campus Portal and confirm your bookings for November.
At this time I would also like these organizations to confirm their December schedules.
Some of you have already done this; however some organizations did not know their Christmas break dates when we booked you in August.
Lookup your bookings here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FBJfYeOSn0PKwEcONiJ0xxiMOGSDebOpKbB2UhFOK3I/edit?usp=sharing
{Search by org -> In the menu bar go to: “DATA” -> “FILTER VIEWS” -> *Your org*}
When looking at your bookings if it says “CONFIRMED” it means you have already confirmed your dates with me. If it says anything else (Tentative/Hold/etc…) we are still waiting your final thumbs up.

Upcoming Construction
We are a few weeks away from more construction to occur in and around the Campus.
This construction is for the following projects:
LRT Green Line Utilities
New Events Center/Arena
SAM Center
BMO Expansion
While we do not have all the information on how this will affect Campus right at this moment, we do know it could affect the TransAlta Parking Lot. Once we have this information we will communicate it to you in the same way as last month.
In the meantime:
If your organization has parking passes, if you have not done so in 2021 -> please email me the pass #, vehicle type/color, and license plate.
I am working directly with our parking department on a mutually beneficial solutions for organizations that do NOT have parking passes.
Thank you for being patient with us as we navigate this.
