Please use this portal to manage all of your bookings here at Youth Campus. Refer to the instructions below for submitting new bookings, confirming existing bookings, changing/cancelling a schedule or making a 1-off booking.

Are you…

1. Submitting a new schedule?

ex. you need to submit an entirely new schedule

2. Changing or cancelling an existing schedule?

ex. if there is a holiday, or you previously had a booking and need to change some of the dates or cancel part or all of it

3. Confirming an existing monthly booking with the Stampede Youth Campus?

ex. you previously had a booking, and just need to confirm this same booking going forward (you will need to do this confirmation process once a month)

ex. you would like to schedule a booking that does not have a repetitive schedule
